Refund Policy

Certain Items bought in person at Glow Spa and Wax House can be returned for a cash, credit, or a gift card refund within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Any Skin Care items that do not have a tamper proof seal on their packaging cannot be returned under any circumstances, these include but are not limited to Eminence Organics.

Any Skin Care items that have been opened from their packaging cannot be returned under any circumstances.
